We proudly transformed our client's home by adding a stunning rear extension adorned with elegant cedar cladding. The black aluminum sliding doors flood the brand new kitchen area with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen features a stylish island equipped with an induction hob and built-in extractor, perfect for modern living. Additionally, a utility room houses all the necessary appliances and a charming butler sink, while our team at ADR crafted a beautiful ground floor bathroom to complete this exceptional space.

ADR recently completed a remarkable project, constructing a double storey extension for one of their clients. This endeavor aimed to enhance the living space of the client's home while seamlessly blending with the existing structure. Within the scheme ADR were able to provide a master bedroom with en-suite, new staircase and landing, ground floor WC and a utility room connected to the kitchen. The clients had usable space at front for a garage with new electric roller door.

This contemporary 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home packs over 1300sqft of intelligent design into a structure that can be built in just months.

We recently carried out a complete renovation project for one of our customers, including a full rear extension on the property, a front porch extension and a full house renovation including plastering and decorating, as well as a full rewire throughout.

As part of the rewire, we replaced the old wiring and added additional fittings. This allowed us to introduce new electric appliances where needed. As part of the renovation, we also installed a new kitchen in the rear extension and a new bifold door installation to give the home more natural light and air flow. We were also able to enhance the insulation of the property, ensuring the comfort of the home is not compromised, and kept energy bills to a minimum.

Overall, full house renovation, gave the customer a home that was brighter, more energy efficient, and aesthetically pleasing, perfect for family life.

When it comes to loft conversions, one of the biggest advantages is the opportunity to create a multi-functional space. ADR was instructed to create such a space for a family in West Sussex. By thinking beyond the traditional bedroom and considering the needs and lifestyle of their household, we have transform their loft into a space that serves multiple purposes.

We added an en-suite bathroom to the master in the loft, this has elevated the functionality and luxury of the space to a whole new level.

Additionally, the client had a specific style and aesthetic which they wanted to achieve which was a modern and sleek design. ADR is able to aid with the countless options to suit your taste.

By incorporating an en-suite bathroom into their loft conversion, they have not only add a touch of luxury and convenience but also increase the value and desirability of their home.

We were instructed to create a larger downstairs bathroom with walk in shower for a lovely couple in Cowfold. The side extension allows them to have a new porch with tiled floor. 

​

Fully pitched roof which was incorporated in to the original roof, making the extension look like its always been there. 

​

Bathroom has a walk in shower, bath and vanity unit which was all modern, the tiles are beveled metro's with slate grey grout. Floor was fully tiled in a beautiful dark grey no slip tile.

Our customers requested ADR to install new bi folding door where an original window was and to create a beautiful kitchen. 

​

ADR installed a steel in order to create the opening for the bi fold door and then rewired, plumbed and built the new kitchen. 

​

We worked along side Lee Bealing Stonemason's who were amazing and with a beautiful result as seen in the pictures. 

The customers asked ADR to help them redesign the downstairs area to be accommodating for the family. We gained them planning permission for the rear extension which has a skylight in. 

​

ADR moved the kitchen to allow for a dining area and new bi folding door, the space included a utility room and revamp of downstairs WC. 

The customers had a clear vision for what they wanted for their new family friendly kitchen/ dining room space. In order for this to be created ADR was instructed to move a wall, creating more space in the dining area and dream kitchen, however this space was creating a new shower and downstairs toilet. The customers also wanted anthracite grey bi-fold doors which allows them to have outdoor/ indoor living when fully opened.

The kitchen was designed by Howdens and installed by ADR, with a beautiful stone worktop installed by Lee Bealing Stonemason's. 

Within the photos are before and after's. Each photos shows a dramatic change which we are super proud of.

We were asked to constructed a rear extension with large picture window for a family dining room.

​

The family were looking to increase the space which they had on the ground floor. ADR guided the family through the planning process, successfully getting planning permission for this beautiful extension. 

​

ADR then constructed the extension with a beautiful picture window and patio doors. We also put in a large skylight to allow lots of light in to the existing house. 

​

ADR was instructed to renovate their tired bungalow into a modern, open-planned house.

We built 3 extensions which enlarged the footprint of the house, allowing for a bigger kitchen and the beautiful open planned living dining room area, our customers wanted to create. The side extension was built to give a large master bedroom, with built in wardrobes and a beautiful en-suite.

We then reconfigured the internal walls to allow for 3 other rooms to be created, which our customers are now putting to good use. As the outside extension were changing the roof we re-roofed the whole roof allowing for all new extension to be matching with existing house.

ADR also hard landscaped the back garden. Building a large tiered brick retain wall which gave the customer opportunity for a built in fish pond which they can now enjoy from their living room windows. We landscaped the front in to a drive for the customer to now park off road.

During one of our project the home owner approached us to see if we would look at his project. With this ADR were instructed to create a new kitchen extension, double storey infill and prepare for a loft conversion which included re-roofing the entire property. 

​

ADR was asked to create a open planned living kitchen area for our customer. This was created by removing dining room wall and adding a large steel. 

​

A new kitchen was supplied by Howdens and fitted by ADR. All electrics and plumbing were completed by ADR. 

​

The Customer had new bi folding doors which leads on to a beautiful new porcelain patio laid by our amazing ADR team.

ADR was instructed to create a new first floor en suite for our customers.

​

The extension would created on top of the original garage, all new plumbing electrics were put in place. 

​

ADR built a new porch extension with new front door.

​

​

ADR was instructed to knock down internal walls, install a steel to support the floors above. This created a beautiful space for a new kitchen and dining area for the family. 

​

ADR was also instructed to seperate another internal room to make a new play room and office space. 

​

ADR laid new flooring throughout the ground floor and changed the downstairs windows and added a bifold door. 

​

ADR was instructed to convert a garage to an home office/ family space. 

​

Taking out existing garage door, installing new windows and fully renovating internal space with new engineered herringbone flooring and internal wooden doors.

ADR was instructed to carry out a loft conversion allowing the family to have another bedroom.

​

ADR also built a new porch which allowed the family to have a downstairs toilet

​

​

ADR was instructed to carry out a rear extension which allowed for open planned living

​

ADR installed underfloor heating system throughout the ground floor of the property

​

ADR landscaped the access to the garden and built new walls with slate feature on the top. 

​

ADR was instructed to create a new fishing lake for a customer
